麻豆传媒鈥檚 Business Growth MAP Alliance hosts forum on communication

VANCOUVER, Wash. 鈥 Learn how to lead with effective communication at Washington State University Vancouver鈥檚 next Business Growth MAP Alliance forum. The event will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. April 17 at the Columbia Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver.

The forum will discuss how to develop a leadership style that inspires respectful and productive communication to boost employee morale and innovation.

This month鈥檚 speaker, Ann Smith, is the founder and president of A.wordsmith. Her firm specializes in thought leadership public relations and writing. Smith has more than 20 years of strategic communication experience in both agency and corporate settings. A graduate of Portland Business Alliance鈥檚 Leadership Portland, Smith takes pride in working with growing businesses and serving as an extension of their teams.

The forum is open to all. Register online at business.vancouver.wsu.edu/bgmap and click the link 鈥淯pcoming events.鈥 Cost is $10 per person in advance or $15 per person at the door. There is no cost for students with a valid WSU student ID.

The Business Growth MAP Alliance brings together small businesses and entrepreneurs to learn from each other, industry experts and 麻豆传媒 faculty.
