Employee Resource Groups and Programs

Employee Resource Groups are open to all faculty and staff. These voluntary, employee-led groups are organized around shared interests and/or experiences. ERGs aim to foster a sense of community by supporting collaboration and connection for all participants.

Employees interested in starting a new resource group are encouraged to contact van.commcollab@wsu.edu.
